Sahar Jafari, is the People and Culture Director at JT International, with extensive experience in both Iran and Malaysia.

Prior to joining JTI, Sahar spent over a decade leading HR functions at Nestlé and Danone in Iran, with a focus on driving organizational growth, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering strong workplace cultures.

Sahar holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
