She has over 12 years of Human Resources experience, of which 6 have been with BASF Corporation. Throughout her career, Samantha has diversified her experience across several functions and held various roles of increasing responsibility in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards & Benefits, and as an HR Business Partner.
She is currently the Head of U.S. Well-being and Digital Health at BASF Corporation, where she leads well-being strategy, benefits communications, family & caregiver benefits, and benefits analytics for BASF Corporation’s 12,000 employees. In her role, she has helped transform the way BASF defines and measures well-being while encouraging employees to make a daily commitment to live happier, healthier, and more balanced lifestyles. She continuously works to create a culture of well-being at BASF and envisions a future where work is designed for well-being at all companies.
In addition to her work responsibilities, Samantha is a wife to husband Charles and a mother to her 3-year-old son, Arthur. Her personal purpose statement is to “Honor my faith in life and work by being consistent, kind, and curious”. She is passionate about practicing gratitude, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
