Sameer Shah

Sameer is the SVP of Global Finance Operations at Chubb Insurance and he serves as the global head of Finance Shared Services.  Sameer created and executed the shared services strategy, incorporating business locations, company owned captives and outsourcing. He is responsible for the ongoing management of over 500 Finance Shared Services resources across multiple locations, supporting a cross section of finance processes including General Accounting, Billing & Collections, Treasury Operations, Accounts Payable, and Management Reporting. In addition to his role leading Finance shared services, Sameer also leads strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to Chubb, Sameer was a partner equivalent in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Finance & Enterprise Performance practice where he advised CFOs and finance executives on finance transformation, finance operating model and service delivery model development, organization design, business process improvement, and performance management. He also lead  Deloitte’s finance technology strategy offering assisting finance organizations in understanding how modern technology enablers and platforms can support desired capabilities. Sameer lives in NYC with his wife and their two children.
