Samira has a proven track record of driving business outcomes and financial performance through strategic and operational leadership of people and business services functions.

Samira is passionate about helping organizations navigate through significant strategic shifts that have a profound impact on employees. She has partnered with key leaders to transform and build organizations through hyper growth, as well as downsizing. She has successfully led key HR functions and initiatives in org design, talent management and acquisition, compensation, and restructuring, including taking a company public through a SPAC, implementing new HR systems and services, designing executive compensation packages, managing multiple rounds of global restructuring and acquisition transactions. Samira has also built a workforce planning and people analytics capability to harness key insights and focus on the right business outcomes. Her expertise lies in digital technology, where she applies a comprehensive and constructive approach to driving change.

Samira lives in Westport, CT with her husband and son. When not working, she enjoys watching her son play basketball, yoga, hiking, and travelling.
