Sara is Emerson’s Director of Global Retirement Plans with responsibility for all defined contribution and defined benefit plans globally.  Areas of focus include the harmonization of benefits, administration, compliance, financial wellbeing, and employee communication.  Previously, Sara had responsibility for Emerson’s Global Benefit Programs.  During that time, she was responsible for Health, Welfare, and Retirement benefits for all employees outside of the United States.  She was also responsible for all benefit programs that touched Emerson employees globally including: the development of the benefit management processes, expatriate medical insurance, business travel insurance/traveler assistance, global underwriting, employee assistance programs, and benefit harmonization. She has more than 10 years of experience managing employee benefits and previous experience in Financial Services.  Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance as well as an MBA.
