Sarah Bond is council director for the Diversity and Inclusion in Business Council (Europe). Bond has worked in the field of diversity and inclusion all her professional life, and now leads a consulting practice. She works with clients in the private, public, and humanitarian sectors in the UK, Europe, and around the world on diversity, inclusion, organizational development, and culture change.

Until 2011, she was European head of diversity and inclusion for KPMG LLP. She also served as an external adviser on diversity and inclusion for the UK government’s Department for Business Innovation and Skills Equalities Advisory Group (now Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy).

Bond holds an MA in philosophy from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in gender and social policy from the University of Bristol. In addition, she holds a practitioner certificate in consulting and change from The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.
