Sarah Russell Crowe is ESG & Sustainability Lead for Nasdaq. She brings fifteen years of sustainability experience helping companies align and achieve their business and ESG goals, with expertise in energy and climate. Since joining Nasdaq in 2021, Sarah has worked at the intersection of investors and corporates in capital markets to help companies manage risk and maximize long-term value creation through Nasdaq’s ESG Solutions. In her role, Sarah is focused on the evolution of corporate sustainability and ESG, helping stakeholders from diverse corporate roles navigate changing investor and regulatory expectations.

Sarah’s background in energy and climate stems from energy management at Target, as well as consulting for investor-owned utilities and public utilities commissions. She previously designed and delivered a sustainability solution for Honeywell and served on the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce’s Waste Wise & Energy Smart Board of Directors. With an MBA from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business and BAs in Economics and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sarah resides in the Twin Cities.
