Sarah Ryan, as Senior Analyst, Investor Relations and Sustainability at The Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc. (NYSE:NAPA), has worked to structure the company's sustainability programing and support the investor relations team. She graduated with a BS in Science, Technology and International Affairs, concentrating in Energy and Environment from Georgetown University in December 2020. After graduating, she joined the legal team at The Duckhorn Portfolio just three months before the IPO; in the newly public arena, and with the steep increase in oversight, she gravitated towards ESG-related work. In coupling her academic background and personal passion for sustainability as well as her experience in corporate governance, she was able to curate a sustainability program at Duckhorn. In her nearly three years of experience at the company, she has used her established interdepartmental connections and curiosity for streamlining and consolidating data to advance the company's ESG reporting strategy.
