Sara Swart is the Vice President of Revenue Operations and Analytics at Employbridge, where she leads a high-performing RevOps team to uncover critical insights and drive growth. With a talent for tackling complex challenges, she is dedicated to leveraging technology to streamline and elevate the customer, candidate, and colleague experiences.

She joined Employbridge in July 2023, following leadership roles in data, product, and finance at Monster Worldwide and Randstad and began her career in private equity. Sara holds a BBA in Finance and a BS in German, graduating summa cum laude with highest honors from the University of Georgia.
