Nycum graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Biology. He is an executive coach and certified facilitator. He serves on the board and faculty at the Leadership Center for Excellence, an Arlington, Virginia-based non-profit building leadership capacity in the D.C. metro area through development, civic engagement and DE&I advocacy.
