Scott Ramsay is a Vice President, Benefits, in Prudential’s Total Rewards Department. Scott is responsible for the strategy and design of all of Prudential's employee and retiree benefits and wellbeing programs in the United States, including communications and education programs. Scott joined Prudential in 1989 and has been working in the Total Rewards Department since 1994.
