Scott Sutton

Sutton serves as the head of Talent Management, which is the center of expertise within Human Resources that designs and supports the programs, policies and tools that enable our talent to do their best work. Sutton has a wide variety of career experiences, with roles of increasing scope and responsibility in various support organizations such as Corporate Communications, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Change Management and Training at three different energy companies. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his master's of science degree in conflict resolution from Creighton University School of Law. He was named a '40 Under 40' by the Triangle Business Journal, a Young PR Start to Watch by PRNews and a national Pathways to Peace fellow by iAct.
