Seth Zimmer

Seth Zimmer is currently Assistant Vice President, Organizational Assessment and Development at AT&T. He has been with AT&T for almost 32 years. In this role, Seth and his team are responsible for AT&T’s assessment, survey, performance development, engagement, and organizational development practices. Over the past 18 months, Seth has been involved in several organization-wide transformation efforts including the launching of a new business focused culture model and other changes related to the impact of COVID-19 on AT&T’s workforce. Seth is an active participant in AT&T’s DEI activities. This includes co-founding AT&T’s first interfaith employee resource group that debuted last July. Seth’s tenure at AT&T has offered many other HR opportunities such as HR analytics, talent acquisition, coaching, HR technology and corporate relocations. Seth is a licensed psychologist in Georgia and Texas. He received his Ph. D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, his M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his B.A. in Psychology from Creighton University. Seth and his wife live in the Atlanta area.
