Shane has decades of employee benefits and HR experience that include a variety of industries such as hospitality, retail, nonprofit and financial services.  He currently leads the benefits team for Synovus, having oversight for design and administration of the health & welfare as well as wealth building benefit plans for nearly 5,000 team members.

Shane is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute, and a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
