Shannon’s career spans multiple high-growth organizations where she has consistently delivered results, including leading complex compliance initiatives, optimizing payroll processes, and managing seamless Open Enrollment and 401(k) programs. Her experience, honed through her early career in recruitment, enables her to align benefits strategies with organizational goals while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Beyond Total Rewards, Shannon serves as Chair of HeadwayHER, Headway’s women’s ERG, fostering inclusivity through mentorship, advocacy, and education. A graduate of the University of Michigan and a former varsity athlete on the Women’s Rowing Team, Shannon brings her competitive spirit, resilience, and dedication to equity into everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and staying active in her hometown of Chicago, IL.
