Shauna is a Senior Principal at Mercer in the National Life, Absence and Disability (LAD) specialty practice based in Denver, Colorado. She is Mercer’s National Absence, Innovation and Growth leader. She has over twenty years of experience in the health and productivity fields and most recently ran the West LAD Practice for Mercer. Her diverse skills range from absence, disability and life program design, program implementation, operational improvements, vendor performance management, and successful and sustainable marketing and renewals. She works closely with her clients to understand their objectives and deliver results based on those goals.
