Shawn Shepherd is the Benefits and Wellbeing Hub Leader for Honda’s U.S. operations.  He has responsibility for the strategy, administration, and implementation of programs to support Honda’s associates and their family members.  He works with his team to design solutions for condition management and promote whole-person wellbeing to provide optimal outcomes for all participants.  Shawn joined Honda in 2007.
