Jim Sheehy

Jim Sheehy is the Program Director for the Purchasing & Supply Leadership Council at The Conference Board. Sheehy is a procurement/supply chain executive with over 35 years of broad experience and proven success. He has extensive global experience with leading companies in brewing and soft drink industries including Molson Coors, SABMiller, Coca-Cola, and Pepsi Americas and served as VP/Chief Procurement Officer for MillerCoors from 2004 to 2017.

Sheehy has a consistent track record of building strong teams, positively impacting profitability, improving organizational culture, and managing risk. He founded and serves as President of Sourcing and Supply Chain Solutions, LLC and advises a wide variety of firms regarding best practices and other strategic issues.

Sheehy graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in industrial engineering and management science and holds an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
