Shelley joined PVS in 2022 as the Chief People Officer. She joins with almost 20 years of Human Resources experience, the majority of which was in the Chemical Manufacturing sector. She has both global and cross geographic experience having lived and worked in the US and Brazil. Shelley has a breadth of HR experience ranging from employee experience and engagement, talent development and learning, leadership development, HR systems implementation, compensation and global scale project management. She has been a member of several executive leadership teams, diversity advisory boards and was most recently accepted into Chief executive women’s leadership network. Shelley has a BA and MA from Michigan State University in HR Management and Labor Relations.

Shelley resides in Washington, Michigan with her husband, son and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog, boating, fishing, playing the piano and all things MSU.
