Sherene Awad Jodrey is Senior Counsel, Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits at The Boeing Company, where she represents Boeing on matters relating to the company’s executive compensation programs, global equity plans, retirement, health, and welfare programs, and employee-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. During her time at Boeing, Sherene has also led the company’s Executive Compensation team and strategy in support in support of key business and talent objectives. Prior to joining Boeing, Sherene was lead employee benefits and executive compensation counsel at another public multinational corporation, Aon plc, and also in private practice at Winston & Strawn LLP, where she represented a wide range of clients from Fortune 100 companies to private equity funds and closely held entities.
