Shradha is a passionate Organization Design and Talent Transformation leader. She brings along deep expertise in this topic across various industries and geographies.

Shradha started her career in India where she was a key member leading large scale org transformation at Infosys, a global IT organization. Life made her move to the US where she worked as org design functional expert at the Boston Consulting Group.

The Internal consulting work always excited her more, she joined Prudential to lead their Future of Work – Org Design and Talent Enablement practice helping them build a robust org design capability. Last year she took on a new role, where she now leads Talent Management for Prudential’s US and International Businesses. Through her work she helps organizations build long term capabilities and align right talent to critical roles. Shradha advocates for curiosity & simplicity; infused with a good sense of humor, she believes, can solve for most organizational challenges.
