Shreya Soota

Shreya Soota is the Center Manager for the Asia Human Capital Center at The Conference Board. She also serves as the Council Manager for the Asia CHRO and Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Councils. In her role, she is involved in driving member engagement, designing, and managing the Center’s programs and contributing to research initiatives.

Prior to TCB, she was a management consultant at various professional services firms, helping organizations across industries navigate digital transformation. She also has project experience in learning design, content strategy and digital marketing strategy.

Shreya holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Columbia University and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from Scripps College. She is based in Singapore
