Solongo Guzman is the Vice President of Client Success at Maven Clinic, the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families. In her role, she oversees client management for Maven's direct employer business, partnering with leading companies to deliver better health outcomes for their people.

Prior to Maven, Solongo spent over 15 years building and scaling customer success organizations across enterprise software and digital health. Most recently, she led the strategic accounts organization at Spring Health, supporting the company's largest global customers. Earlier in her career, she built and scaled Customer Success functions at two enterprise analytics companies, bringing operational clarity to complex, technical environments across international markets. Solongo holds a Master's in Information Management Systems from Harvard University and a BSBA in International Economics and Finance from The Catholic University of America. She lives in Great Falls, Virginia with her husband and two young kids.
