Stacey Taylor is the head of Culture and Change Management in Visa’s Enterprise Transformation Office. Stacey is a natural change agent who has dedicated her career to improving business productivity and performance through the introduction of new processes, ideas, and insights to organizations. She has led several enterprise-wide change initiatives and in her current role she is establishing the capabilities and mindset to generate greater agility in customer delivery. Before this role, she held leadership positions in Client Services, Marketing and Finance, focusing on building capabilities, increasing employee engagement, and rolling out new or simplified tools and processes.  Prior to Visa, Stacey led professional development and Marketing Planning at Adobe Systems that positively influenced the organization’s marketing capabilities. She was also instrumental in creating a culture of accountability and measurement across Marketing through the development of metric standards, measurement practices, and dashboards.

Earlier in her career, Stacey was influential in helping companies including Symantec, Metricom, and Mazda develop more effective marketing strategies through innovative research and consulting practices. Prior to entering the workforce, Stacey received a Master’s degree in Research Methods from California State University, Fullerton and Bachelor degrees in Sociology and Black Studies from UC Santa Barbara.

Stacey is passionate about securing education for young women from marginalized communities and is a member of the West Coast Advisory Board for the Asian University for Women.
