Stacey is a strategic business partner focused on delivering practical solutions in complex, global environments.

Leveraging consulting experience as both an internal and external consultant at Fortune 500 companies such as Medtronic, 3M, Cargill, The Hartford, Honeywell and BearingPoint, Stacey works with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative solutions that are relevant to each organization. Her business perspective and systems thinking, complemented with organization effectiveness expertise, is a unique combination that clients value. Stacey focuses on strategy definition and mobilization, organization alignment, talent planning and optimization, strategic change management, and cultural transformation.

Stacey understands human dynamics and has an innate ability to read between the lines. Capturing the subtle intricacies of human interactions allows her to navigate the complexities of organizational work effectively and identify proactive solutions. As she coaches her clients, she personalizes her guidance to their unique strengths and challenges.

Stacey holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. When not working, Stacey, her husband Chris, and two sons enjoy travelling, downhill skiing, and time at the hockey rink.
