Stacy Davies is the Director of Workforce Insights at General Mills. She and her team of advanced analytics, workforce planning, employee listening, and consulting experts unleash the science of people at work to accelerate performance and improve the employee experience. With a passion for helping organizations make better people decisions, Stacy earned her Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and has spent the last 15 years building people analytics teams, spanning both internal and external consulting realms. Prior to her current role, she built and led the people analytics teams at Personnel Decisions International and Korn Ferry.
