Stacy Starkka, PhD, MBA, MCEC, is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board, and a Master Corporate Executive Coach with the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches with over 20 years of executive coaching experience. She is a co-creator of the 4D Coaching Methodology for measuring the impact of coaching, and creator of several other psychometric tools. She has over 30 years of experience working with organizations in diverse industries worldwide on projects involving professional development, organizational design, survey creation and analyses, and strategic organizational change.

Stacy is an Adjunct Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) Alliant International University, where she teaches master and PhD level courses in leadership, team dynamics, and psychological measurement. In addition, she is Affiliate Faculty at California State University Shiley Institute for Palliative Care, where she develops and teaches courses in communication, leadership, and teamwork for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses and other health care clinicians.

Earlier in her career, Stacy was a Learning and Performance Specialist for Sun Microsystems and a DEI Specialist. Stacy has served as visiting lecturer and subject matter expert in various professional development programs in the United States, Europe, and Brazil. She earned her MBA from Norwich University and her doctorate in Consulting Psychology from CSPP Alliant International University.
