Stefanie is the Vice President of DIB Consulting and Integration at Capital One. She is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) leader and practitioner combining DEIB expertise with 20 years of global Management Consulting and HR talent strategy experience. The focus of Stef’s career is transformational leadership and organizational development where diversity and inclusion are brought to bear as a solution to business strategy and challenges. This philosophy and approach has delivered business results, propelled by talent strategies where DEIB is integrating business and people priorities.

Before Capital One, she served as Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging at Verisk Analytics, and spent 20 years at Accenture in a variety of global and US based roles in diversity and inclusion, HR talent strategy and operations, and leadership development spanning 5 global industries.

Stef is passionate about creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed, feel valued, and experience a true sense of belonging. She attributes success and results to her straightforward philosophy: “Diversity is about every one of us, inclusion is how we treat one another - in all things; getting inclusion right in the moments that matter opens the door to belonging.”

Stefanie lives in Northern Virginia with her family who remain tied to their Chicago roots, and are avid Chicago Bears fans to the disdain of their Washingtonian neighbors.
