Stefanie Tignor, PhD.

Stefanie Tignor is the VP of Data Science at Humu, an action management platform that makes it easy for every manager to be a great manager. Stefanie's team uses advanced statistics and machine learning to model human thriving at work, inspire behavioral change, and create a compelling product experience. Prior to Humu, Stefanie was a professor at Northeastern University in Boston. There she conducted and published original research on how technology and data science can be leveraged to better understand personality and well-being. Stefanie has additionally conducted data science research on personality and well-being for Google and the Global Corporate Challenge (now Virgin Pulse).
