Stephanie Frias

Stephanie Frias is Lyra Health’s Chief People Officer. In this role, Stephanie leads the company’s HR function, including recruiting, people operations, and total rewards. Most recently, Stephanie was an HR executive for Gusto, a leading cloud-based people platform. She previously held leadership positions at Dropbox and Google and began her career as a finance professional with NBCUniversal. She is a graduate of Harvard College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
