Stephen Economy

Steve Economy is the Senior Director of Member Engagement with The Conference Board Human Capital Center, where he serves as a strategic partner to member companies helping them address human capital related business challenges via Center assets. He connects our subject matter experts with business leaders to deliver insights for what’s ahead in support of critical decision making.

Having worked with The Conference Board since 2010, he is a member of the Human Capital Center Leadership Team where he operates as an internal advocate seeking to bring further value to the members he supports.

Prior to The Conference Board, Economy managed a full-desk in the recruiting industry, supporting the Big Four CPA firms, large institutional banks, and hedge funds. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business with a dual-degree in economics and business administration. After working in New York City for years, he now resides in Detroit.
