Steve isresponsible for the planning and design of global benefits and colleague wellness at Pfizer. Steve leads Pfizer’s efforts to set the Company’s benefit philosophy and objectives, review benefit plan offerings, and develop solutions to manage global health care, retirement and life & family offerings. He oversees clinic services and wellness initiatives to improve the goal of making Pfizer an amazing workplace for all. Steve interacts with multiple departments to deliver onsite programs and to assess and integrate acquired company benefit plans.

Steve has over 30 years of employee benefits experience. He joined Pfizer through the acquisition of Wyeth. Prior to joining Wyeth, Steve was a Senior Consultant for Watson Wyatt in their Chicago and New York offices and has held key roles at Innovative Solutions in Healthcare, Hewitt Associates, and Washington National Insurance Company.  

Steve is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Mathematics.  He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
