Steven Jo

Steven has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently in an executive role at SVB Financial Group, which provides commercial banking services, expertise and insights to the technology, life science and healthcare, private equity, venture capital and premium wine industries. As Head of Talent Insights and Solutions, Steven is responsible for SVB's HR technology, people analytics, workforce planning, EX CoE and Future of Work program. Steven holds a BA in Art History and Studio Art from Northwestern University, and MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
