Steve originally joined Labcorp in 2004 and currently has responsibility for the development, implementation, and delivery of competitive, cost effective benefits strategies for Labcorp's health and welfare programs across the U.S. and Canada.  Prior to his current role, Steve managed the company’s retirement plans and was the benefits lead for M&A due diligence and integration activity.  Steve received a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, from North Carolina State University.
