Susan Lobb Ramirez’s passion and focus is elevating The Cigna Group employees experience specific to Time and Away Benefits. She started in absence management with Cigna in 2003 as a vocational rehabilitation counselor supporting employees who had experienced a life event and their employer toward a common goal of returning to a healthy working life. Prior to her current role as a Senior Benefit Advisor, she served as a leader in clinical operations. Her hobbies are anything that gets her outside, yoga, swimming, and audio books. Her favorite audible is “Miss Benson’s Beatles.”
