Susan Youngblood is a digitally fluent Chief People Officer with broad experience leading HR for Fortune 50 and FTSE 100 technology, fintech, financial services, and private equity companies. She has expertise in delivering high-impact business transformations, including leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) globally.

As Chief People Officer at digital engineering firm Ascendion and in executive roles at IBM, Bank of NY Mellon, London Stock Exchange Group, and Refinitiv, a Blackstone portfolio company, Susan quickly scaled technical workforces, delivered multiple M&A returns and optimized global workforce composition through strategic workforce planning.

Susan serves on the Board of Directors for Cornell University’s ILR school, is on the Advisory Council for SUNY College of Optometry, and is an angel investor. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Private Directors Association (PDA).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Vassar College and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) degree from Cornell University, where she was the assistant coach of the women’s tennis team.
