Susan Youngblood is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and boards on AI strategy. She specializes in equipping leaders and employees to accelerate the adoption of GenAI and other disruptive technologies, speeding time to ROI.

Susan is an operating advisor to Bessemer Venture Partners and guides several GenAI-native startups. She regularly speaks at conferences and on podcasts about adopting and implementing enterprise AI.

She has held executive roles at IBM, BNY Mellon, and the London Stock Exchange Group, and served as CHRO of tech startup Ascendion, where she rapidly scaled the workforce and architected the people strategy to prepare the company for its market debut. As a senior executive, she embedded AI and Robotic Process Automation into global operations, delivered large-scale technical reskilling initiatives, and led global M&A activity totaling over $1B in enterprise value.

Susan holds a BA in psychology from Vassar College and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where she served as assistant coach of the Division I women’s tennis team.
