Suwah Tobah

Suwah Tobah is the Head of Organizational Development at Google. She partners with c-suite leaders and teams to define and effectively land enterprise change and transformation efforts to unlock the full potential of the company’s performance and health.

For 20+ years Suwah has directed organizational transformation programs across the Agriculture & Risk Management, Healthcare, Retail, and now Tech industries. Prior to Google, she was an Organizational Development Practitioner at Intel where she advised and guided C-Suite executives through their leadership and large scale organizational changes.

Suwah holds a Masters in HR and Change Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development; and a Bachelors in International Business. She is also a Hudson Institute of Coaching certified Executive Coach.

A native of Liberia, West Africa, Suwah moved to Silicon Valley (from Minneapolis). Outside of work, she spends her time with family, traveling or serving underserved humans in the community.
