Path Forward
Tami Forman is the chief executive of Path Forward, a nonprofit organization that has helped more than 80 employers, including Amazon, Netflix, Walmart, Apple, Comcast NBC Universal, Verizon, and SAP, implement and expand returnship programs. She is a frequent speaker on issues related to women’s participation in the workforce, having presented at the Conference Board Leadership Conference, DisruptHR, Tech Inclusion, Inspiring Capital Return With Purpose, Inclusion By Design, Outsell Women, and at the Grace Hopper Celebration in 2019. Tami has also hosted and moderated panel discussions at more than 40 Path Forward events with cumulative attendance of nearly 10,000 returners. She is also a frequent podcast guest, especially on topics related to career and women in the workplace. She writes a career column for Forbes and was named by Flexjobs as one of the top 20 career experts for working moms. She also works with the NYC Department of Education helping to achieve gender equity in STEM education in a school system that educates more than a million children.
