Taner Karacan

Taner Karacan is the Managing Director of Svea Solar Germany, where he leads the company’s operations in one of Europe’s key renewable energy markets. Taner is committed to driving the growth and development of sustainable energy solutions in Germany, overseeing strategic initiatives that support the nation’s transition to clean energy. Under his leadership, Svea Solar Germany focuses on delivering innovative solar energy solutions, optimizing operational performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Before joining Svea Solar, Taner served as Vice President of Customer Experience Operations Europe at FedEx Express from 2016, following a distinguished career that began at TNT Express in 1993. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across Europe, excelling in customer experience, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

Taner holds an Advanced Certificate in Business Administration and a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Mannheim, along with an MBA in Financial Competences from Donau University in Austria. Known for his results-driven and customer-focused leadership style, Taner is passionate about sustainability and creating long-term value for both businesses and society.
