Tanguy de Belair

Tanguy graduated with 6 majors: Finance, international contracts, business administration, international tax law, fashion design and draping.

During his 30 years’ career, Tanguy worked in 24 countries and two business sectors: infrastructures and fashion with varied leading roles as CHRO, CFO, CEO, Head of Women Tailoring and CDO.

At VINCI, a leading infrastructure builder and operator, Tanguy has headed HR and Finance in the Asia Pacific region as well as in the Middle East, India and the Istan countries.

Tanguy has been appointed global CDO of the VINCI Group of companies in 2016.

He is an expert at ISO Technical Committee 260: HR Management and a member of the D&I in Business Council of The Conference Board.
