Tanguy is Senior Partner at Skarbek, the strategy execution specialists, where he supports FMCG, Beauty and Luxury clients in the realisation of their strategic objectives, especially as it relates to innovation. Equipped with 20+ years of industry experience as a senior R&D leader, he is a recognised expert in crafting strategies for innovation and transformation, leading high-value product development portfolios, large-scale implementation and operationalisation programs and building organisational and operational capability.  

Before Skarbek, Tanguy had a significant career in the FMCG industry, notably as R&D VP leading innovation at Procter & Gamble and Coty in multiple international locations (London, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore). Here, he established innovation capabilities for the Prestige Luxury products division, as well as broader Beauty Care categories across the globe. In addition to owning the end-to-end product design and launch for a multi-billion dollar global portfolio of brands from mass to luxury, Tanguy has led international brand expansions, integration of acquisitions and management of divestitures.
