In her role as Vitality’s Chief Commercial Officer, Tanya is responsible for developing new lines of business as Vitality deepens its offering and extends its platform and driving execution of go-to-market strategy. Additionally, she serves as an external face of the organization, speaking regularly at key market conferences and connecting with leading influencers.

Previously a consultant for McKinsey & Company, Tanya held strategic leadership roles at Investec, an international specialist bank and asset manager, and prior to joining Vitality was Group Operations Executive at global healthcare organization Life Healthcare, where she initiated a turnaround process for a healthcare solutions business and launched a primary care business from the ground up.

Tanya is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and has a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics. She is a wife and mother of two exuberant girls. Outside of work she spends her time outdoors, engaged in all manner of sports, and is an avid foodie.
