As a Client Success Leader, with over 15 years experience working in software, IT, and digital marketing industries, Tara is passionate about driving key business results through technology and helping customers achieve what success looks like for them. Tara is always looking to improve herself through continuous learning, loves challenges and challenging the status quo.

 With 20+ years in client success, project management and leadership, Tara’s passion for client services and technology came to fruition in 2007 as she became an Account Manager for a digital marketing company focused on email marketing. Tara continued to follow the technology path and continues this approach at Staffbase.

 Tara joined Staffbase in May 2022, where she found the best place to apply a mix of all her experiences, embracing the Staffbase ethos of “Own your own Narrative, or someone else will!.” She is excited to be part of the #1 Internal Communications company and work in partnership with amazing customers to evolve their programs by leveraging the Staffbase suite of products and services to achieve their program goals!

 Tara oversees the Customer Success Team in North America and her responsibility is to ensure that Client Success team members deliver exceptional service and value to help Staffbase’s clients achieve their goals and be there to support where and when needed.
