Tara Orlando is passionate about using strategy, innovation, and creativity to transform the talent attraction landscape. Tara leads Verizon’s Talent Attraction & Emerging Talent team, responsible for attracting and influencing talent from across the globe to consider a career at Verizon. This includes building programs focused on emerging talent pipelines including military, campus, apprenticeships, fueled by strategic partnerships and recruitment marketing. Throughout her career, Tara has been a driving force, starting with her career at leading consumer and B2B marketing agencies. Her experience across talent acquisition, program design, marketing, global brand strategy & implementation, and media execution have positioned her as an influential leader in talent attraction. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Tara indulging in her passion for all things beauty (from fashion to skincare), harnessing her inner chef to create a homecooked meal, or enjoying the local fare at one of her neighborhood restaurants. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City, where her love of art and strategy took flight.
