Tara has led over 10 integrations and separations ranging in size and complexity, the largest being the $43B acquisition of Worldpay by FIS, which exceeded both revenue and expense synergy targets. During the Worldpay integration, she established an Integration Management Office for FIS that continues to drive integration and separation strategy across the organization, including the establishment of a ring-fenced integration model. The integration lite approach Tara and her team have built focuses on protecting the acquired business while maintaining speed and scalability and preserving the culture and talent of the asset. Currently, Tara is leading the divestiture of Worldpay from FIS, which is set to close in Q1 2024.
