Tatausha L. Webster, Director of Benefits and Wellness for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is a respected executive with over 26 years of benefits consulting experience. She is a licensed insurance professional with notable experience in strategic benefit planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, and training & development.

In her current role the focus is on ensuring Williams-Sonoma associates have access to a Best-In-Class benefit platform and wellness tools that meet the unique business needs. In addition, her responsibilities span overseeing leave of absence, retail accommodations, corporate recognition programs and unemployment claims. 

Tatausha enjoys mentoring professionals within HR who are looking to understand the strategies they can use to balance themselves between their personal and work life, so that they can be more effective in their respective roles.

Tatausha lives in Plano, Texas with her husband and their son. When Tatausha is not working, she enjoys gardening.
