Terri Pearce is the Managing Director HR—Head of Development US & Americas for HSBC North America Holdings, Inc. (HNAH), a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Holdings plc (NYSE:HBC), one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations.

She joined the Company in 1988 where she held a series of executive management roles with responsibility both on and off shore. Her prior roles include Group Head of Talent, Head of Service Delivery for HSBC Americas, HR Business Partner for HSBC Credit Card Services, and several other leadership roles in the distributed branch network and call centers. 

Ms. Pearce received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University and has an MBA from The University of Phoenix. Ms. Pearce served on the Board of Directors at the Association for Talent Development; is a founding member of CTDO Next; serves on the executive committee for The Conference Board Council on Learning, Development, and Organizational Performance; and is an ICF certified executive coach. She was also awarded the Athena Award in 2003 by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce for professionalism and service to communities as well as for promoting women in business programs.
