Tim Bailey was named Chief Operating Officer – SC Johnson in February 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the three largest business units: Global Consumer Brands, Lifestyle Brands, and Professional. In addition, he is responsible for several centralized operational headquarter functions, including Global Supply Chain, Business Process and Information Technology, Shared Services and Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs.

Before assuming this position, Tim served as President - Global Consumer Brands since 2018. This division markets and sells SCJ’s iconic brands like Windex, Glade, Ziploc, Raid, Off!, Mr. Muscle, Pledge, Shout, Kiwi, Scrubbing Bubbles in over 100 countries around with world.

Prior to this role, Tim was named as Executive Vice President – Global Product Supply, Business Services, and RD&E since 2017. In this role, he had responsibility for Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Shared Services, Information Technology, New Product Development, and Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs.

Tim joined SC Johnson in May 2009 as Senior Vice President – Global Product Supply with responsibility for worldwide operations in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, engineering and product cost optimization. He led the transformation of Global Product Supply by institutionalizing Lean Manufacturing practices, Design to Value product optimization, procurement best practices and strategic product sourcing methodology.

Prior to joining SC Johnson, Tim spent 13 years working in product supply at Clorox. His last role was Vice President of Global Product Supply with responsibility for 50 plants in 17 countries, supply chain, procurement (direct and indirect), engineering, customer service, planning, logistics and health/safety/environment.

Prior to Clorox, Tim worked for The Quaker Oats Company for 10 years in various supply chain and business integration related roles.

Tim is a Board member of Shearer’s Foods, the National Association of Manufacturers, and a founding Board member of Zero100.

Tim holds a BSBA in Logistics from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Operations Management from Loyola University
