Timothy Bruneel is a Partner in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services department and heads the Total Rewards services in Belgium.

He has over 18 years of experience with personal income tax, compensation & benefits, reward, and related domains. Timothy assists multiple European, international, and Belgian enterprises with a core focus on shaping reward strategy, optimising pay structures, employee benefits, and (flexible) reward plans. He oversees a team encompassing skills ranging the full reward spectrum from strategy over design to implementation.

Timothy was at the heart of the development of Deloitte's My Benefits, My Choice technology and advisory services. He has also developed substantial experience in occupational pension schemes and holds a central role in both Deloitte’s Pay Equity and Future of Mobility advisory group.

As a leader in Deloitte’s rewards practice, Timothy oversees the delivery of multiple projects per year and closely follows changes in the regulatory landscape as well as broader reward market trends across industries.
