Tobie Tyler

Tobie Tyler is the Director of Benefits & People Data at Trupanion, an industry-leading business that provides medical plans for cats and dogs.  She has worked in the employee benefits field for 20 years for organizations such as Bank of New York Mellon, Russell Investments, and TrueBlue.  Her passion for employee benefits comes from knowing that the work she does has a direct impact on the lives of her fellow colleagues and a direct impact on the company’s financial success.  In her spare time she enjoys playing with her pets, powerlifting, and spending time with friends and family.
